Who is responsible
Hamdi Bouzidi is the person in charge of protecting personal information for this site. For questions, or to access, correct or delete your information: sam@unitup.ca.
What we collect and why
- When you book a visit: your first name, email, phone (optional), your questionnaire answers and the time you picked. This is used only to arrange the visit and contact you about it.
- The questionnaire produces a compatibility result. It is not a landlord decision, and no automated decision about you is made from it.
- Audience measurement (only if you accept): pages viewed, clicks and time spent, through PostHog (servers in the United States). No name, email or phone number is sent, and form fields are masked. Declining has no effect on your booking.
Who can see it
Only the leasing agent. Your visit is added to their Google Calendar, which sends you the invitation. To keep track of their schedule, the agent uses a personal assistant (Meta AI) that receives only your first name, the visit time, the unit and your questionnaire answers, never your email or phone number. Data is hosted by Cloudflare. Some of these providers process data outside Quebec; we chose them for equivalent protections.
How long
Booking information is deleted automatically 12 months after the booking, or sooner on request.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, and withdraw consent to audience measurement at any time (button below). You can also complain to Quebec's Commission d'accès à l'information.
